This program, like the title states, is 21 days. 21 Days to build a habit. For each of those 21 days is a designated workout. Each day of the week is a different workout. Plenty of variety. And the workouts range from Cardio, Upper body, Lower body, Pilates, and Yoga workouts. You get a taste of everything.
Remember one of the questions? You don't have a lot of time. You know what the best part about these workouts are? Each one is only 30 minutes long. That is right. Only 30 minutes a day of physical exercise. Honestly...you really cannot get much shorter in time and have terrific results. And the workouts are designed to be able to push yourself harder in them. Some are body weight exercises, and some use dumbbells. You can start off with no dumbbells though. You work your way up. Add heavier weights the further you advance.
In fact, I spent hours at the gym. At least an hour on either treadmills or ellipticals, and then 45-ish minutes on weight machines. In the 6 months I was going to the gym, I never got even close to the results I got in just two rounds of The 21 Day Fix.
